Welcome to Coach-Smith.com! The purpose of this site is to make your search for the best fit for your program much easier! I'm aware that you have a difficult decision entrusted to you. It is an important decision to be sure. I don't believe that looking at a resume and conducting a single interview (or two) is enough information to make a decision that will impact so many people in such a profound way.  Coach-Smith.com was created to give you more insight into my philosophy and plan for the program. It is detailed and most importantly, it is genuine and sincere. Please take a look and ask me anything. I'll be honest and as always, a man of my word.

Here's what I believe: 

1) I wouldn't want any job in which the decision-makers didn't know about me thoroughly and believe I was the best candidate for the job.

2) The more thorough your research is, the more likely I will be your top choice.
